Even if you love Johnny Depp, it is hard not to cringe when looking at Mr. Depp’s portrayal of Tonto.  There is a lot of internet buzz, positive and negative, right now so it will be interesting to see if the Hollywood Juggernaut that is Jerry Bruckheimer (his company is producing the picture) will buckle under the negative press coming from various Aboriginal communities. An important question: would it be OK if Johnny Depp portrayed either Amos or Andy.
